Wait for a break of a key H1 level, look for an M5 pullback on the 21 EMA with volume confluence. Limit entry, 8-12 pip SL, 1.5R minimum TP. Zero setups outside London + NY open.
News management: when NOT to trade
NFP, CPI, FOMC. On those events Gold spikes 40 pips in a second. TETC rule: 10 minutes before and 30 minutes after, market is closed for us. Discipline is profit.
